Cast parties are held at
the end of a production after the cast and crew have helped with
strike. "Strike" refers to dismantling the
set. This includes putting all the materials, props, costumes,
etc. away in their proper places and cleaning up the theatre.
Then, cast and crew celebrate their successes and friendships.
A person
or small committee is needed to arrange a lace for the party and
refreshments. Then a note must be written to the cast
explaining where, when and the cost of the party. This note
usually has a return portion so that the person in charge knows how
many people to expect at the party. The reservations and
monies need to be collected as well.
Final
confirmation of the space and food need to be made. Also,
payment of monies should be arranged with Wayne at the ECCT Annex.

commitment varies with the size of the cast.
